Bloom Tulum, Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy

This aparthotel exceeded all our expectations. It’s modern, extremely clean, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay — always ready to assist with anything we needed. We really appreciated the underground parking, which was convenient. The facilities in the apartment were top-notch, making it perfect for both short and long stays. Despite some construction in the surrounding area, the location felt completely safe and was remarkably quiet — we had no issues with noise at all. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Based on the reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about staying here. I drove from Akumal to visit the property and I was pleasantly surprised. We had a rough start since the electricity went out, elevator not working and the ac units in the rooms not functioning. However, property manager Jose quickly addressed the issue and gave us an even better room. Best part of the stay was the restaurant across the street owned by Chema. Not only do they have amazing homemade food but he also rents cars at a great daily rate. We rented a KIA for a week. Back to the property, there wasn’t construction sound to bother us. The only noise complaint was the chirping of the fire alarms on the hallway. The neighborhood is decent and good location to go where you need to go. We mainly drove. The property seems not to be fully operational yet but it worked great for our family during our time in Tulum.

Hotel is beautiful and spacious. There are restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel. Andrea DC from house keeping did an amazing job keeping our space in tip top shape. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

I stayed here with my family a couple weeks ago and it was amazing!! Beautiful and spacious apartments. I went with my family and we were all very happy. My husband went to the gym every morning while I did yoga (I only had the chance to join twice since they only offer it on weekends). Our children enjoyed the pools, and the youngest loved playing in the playground on the ground floor. The rooftop views are amazing, and the sunsets are a dream come true. The staff was helpful at all times, helped us with taxis and all type of inquries during our stay, also Julian, one of the managers, gave us amazing recommendations for things to do with our kids. He was so helpful and sweet during our stay. Overall, it was perfect. The only downside is the dirt road — but we’re in Tulum, right?

We had a great stay at Bloom Tulum. The three bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and well designed, and the plunge pool was a perfect bonus for relaxing after a day out. One thing I really appreciated was their WhatsApp texting service. It made it so easy to order taxis and ask quick questions, and the responses were fast and helpful. The location is also excellent, very close to everything which made getting around simple. Plus the rooftop bar was a vibe. The bartender is awesome and makes custom drinks based off your preferences. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.

I loved this place even though it was slightly away from the beach and the road around this hotel was still muddy and bumpy. If i come back to Tulum I would definitely stay here again.

Really beautiful space. The apartment is lovely and they upgraded us for free. Amazing pool on the roof with a great bar with awesome food and super cocktails. Really friendly and helpful staff. Already thinking about coming back with the whole family!

I came for my birthday. It was amazing. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make this the most special trip. Our room had a plug pool, and it was the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring this beautiful place. The location is just a few blocks from their shopping district and food. The hotel rooftop bar had the best drinks and pool was just perfect, with a view of the jungle. I would give them a 10/10 if I could. I will definitely be going back.
